Everyone thinks that talent is something that is unachievable. It’s very common to hear “he’s so talented”, or “I don’t know how she plays piano so well” as if it’s something that is reserved for a specific category of people. In truth, we all have our different talents and it’s up to each one of us to figure out what they are.
What is it?
Talent is that feeling you get when you know you might be good at something. It is within you and you express interest in it. Some say that talent chose you long before you chose it, so it could mean that you might be meant to develop it. See it as your mission. It’s the place where you feel you’re in your natural habitat.
Talent always leads to some sort of success in the area of interest
Talent means that your brain understands the DNA of a specific activity. You’re naturally good at it because the mind knows how to process it. This means you can develop that talent more than others and take it to a higher level by making a personal version of it.
It might be wise to learn how to reconnect with yourself for a start.
How to develop talent?
You already know how to execute a big part of it even if you haven’t learned it at school. Talent is interest. You have the will to grow and to succeed. But you cannot become a professional unless you master it and develop it. This is why it is important to learn, take lessons and to know everything.
With practice, perseverance and confidence, you become a professional
To know is to master, otherwise you’re just an amateur. Once you learn the basics of a specific task, you can juggle with it better than those who have not invested their time and effort in it.
