I am delighted to have you as a student. As you may already know, I’ve been teaching and coaching singers for over 15 years and I truly feel blessed by how many beautiful voices I’ve had the privilege of hearing and nurturing.
When booking a lesson as a student, you automatically comply to the following guidelines:
- Book your lessons by email at [email protected]
- Lessons should be paid at least 48 hours before the day of the scheduled lesson (no refunds).
- For international payments, please settle your lesson(s) fees through PayPal.
- If you live in Canada, payments should be settled through e-transfer.
- For cancellation or rescheduling, please send an email at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson date and time.
- Refunds are not possible for either individual lessons or packages.
- Lessons cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled date and time will not be rescheduled.
- If you have a first lesson “Free of charge” scheduled and you fail to attend it, you lose your right to be a student of The Voice Guru.
- If you have purchased a package of lessons and wish to cancel 48 hours in advance, the lesson will be rescheduled to another appropriate date and time. No refunds are possible.
- Recorded lessons are purely for educational purposes at a personal level where you (the student) can refer to these recordings at any time for guidance and during your practice. These recordings should, under no circumstances, be used for non-personal purposes (such as YouTube publishing or publishing on online platforms or in print, selling of these recordings online or in print, sharing recordings with other individuals, etc).
For online lessons, please take note of the technical specifications:
- Verify your internet connection for a stable and smooth video and sound during your lesson online.
- Online lessons take place over ZOOM.
- Please use your headphones during the lessons so that your device’s speaker does not interfere with your microphone. Ideally, use a microphone for input, and your headphones for output. This will assure a top sound quality during the lesson.
- You may record your lessons for educational purposes only.
